You won't be disappointed!

By far, the BEST jewelry store to get your rings from. I went in looking to find the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend and Ali and Mark helped me do just that. They are very professional and knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry. They gave me the ring of my girlfriends dream! I even went to other jewelry stores before I came upon this one and now I question why I even went to those other places. When they deliver, they truly deliver. I highly recommend this store. You won't be disappointed!

Job well done!

I am a customer for life! The store by far had the best showing of fine jewelry. I had been to several jewelry stores and had yet to experience piece after piece of fabulous rings until visiting Marc Samuels of Grapevine. Sam took great care and made my experience warm and welcoming. He is very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy and very patience- most impressive of the many salespeople I had encountered over the past few weeks! If you love a piece of jewelry it should speak for itself and no one should have to convenience you of the beauty and Sam kept showing us stunning ring after ring and I fell in love with all of them but the last one was PERFECT! He is wonderful to work with and I will be coming back to him soon. Great job Sam! I love love love my ring! Job well done!

Honest and will find you the best

Our family has been doing business here for the last 2 years and have nothing to say but positive things. The people you need to see are Alex and Rosie. They are both honest and will find you the best 0% financing if needed. We have bought 3 Rolex watches and my wife's wedding band, earrings here and been real happy. My mom had to get her Rolex serviced and Alex even gave her a loaner Rolex to go to a wedding that was more expensive than the one she has, I mean that is customer service. Rosie will help you get the best terms of financing and anything else you need. This is coming from a family that use to only trust and go to Asian jewelry stores only, so I would highly recommend them.

I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

My sister had been looking for this very particular diamond ring that she found online. We had tried almost all jewelry stores in DFW but failed to find it. A friend of mine recommended me to Marc Samuels and I am so very happy that she did because they were able to find me the design and even added few custom details to make it even more personal. They were even nice enough to ship it to my sister free of charge and gave me a life time warranty on it. I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

One afternoon , my husband and I Were walking in the Grapevine mills mall , when A police man In full uniform caught my attention, cuz he was sitting at the front door of the jewelry store , which made me very curious and inquisitive about what type of jewelry Marc Samuels carries that would require a real cop to be there. I dragged my husband inside the store to check out marc Samuels jewelers for the first time .... I quickly realized why they need to employ a police officer. They had so many display cases devoted to engagement and wedding rings alone , more than I've ever seen befor in one jewelry store. Even though We were not in the market when We arrived at the mall , I just had to try on this one particular ring that seemed to be jumping out at me . The ring was absolutely gorgeous and had 10cts. Of real diamonds! And to our surprise , it was very affordable and the diamonds were nice and clean and the design was unlike anything I've seen anywhere . The sales person was very professional and he helped me to understand the 4C's involved in forming the grade of the diamonds. I loved this ring so much that I didn't want to take it off my finger , plus it fit me perfectly! But, we were not prepared to spend that kind of money right then and there, so I was thrilled to hear that they offered us 3 years of no interest financing and We didn't have to put even one dollar down from our own pocket . The process was quick and smooth . Marc Samuels got my husband approved within minutes and I became the proud owner of the ring of my dreams ! My husband was so pleased with their customer service and prices that we will be back for a Rolex watch for him and hopefully one for me too! Marc Samuels jewelers will be our new jeweler from now on.

Customer service is superb

This place is amazing. My fiance bought my engagement ring through them, and then we went back and bought both his wedding band and mine, and mine was a custom-made design. All three pieces are gorgeous. We couldn't be more pleased. If you are looking for environmentally and ethically conscious jewelry, there is really no competition. What's amazing is that along with this, their customer service is superb.

I love their rolex collection

Everytime i walk in the store MarcSamuels, i see the celebrity and players like Joseph Randell, Ronald Leary, JJ Wilcox and many more dealing with Ali for rolex and other jeweleries.My wife is always excited to visit them and take pictures with the celebrity and I too like to visit them whenever i am in the mall or near. We LOVED MarcSamuel. We had a lot of specific questions so were put in touch with the gemologist on site who we were then continually in touch with. He was so informed and helpful, and he never got fed up with our many questions. It was very important to us that we buy a truly conflict-free diamond, and MarcSamuel was the only place we found where we could be confident the diamond was conflict-free.

I've been looking for a wedding band for my fiancé for the last few weeks but no one has had exactly what I wanted. I wanted a band that had both diamonds and our birthstones. Everywhere I went said they might be able to do it or they could but it would take a few weeks and I don't have that long before the wedding. The first thing Alex said to me when I told him my specifications was "okay we can get that done by 6 pm today." Sold! My ten year anniversary is coming up so I've been stopping by every jewelry store I pass but nothing as caught my eye. When I walked by Marc Samuels the very first thing I saw in their window display was a huge natural ruby with diamond ring. Several years ago on a cruise my wife saw a natural ruby ring that she fell in love with however it was too much and we weren't able to get it. I'm so glad I walked in.

We went into Marc Samuels today to look for bands and ended up with a whole new ring! Their selection was amazing, I couldn't believe how many halo mountings they had! And the fact that they had a jeweler on site to assemble my ring today was the cherry on top! I'm so glad I walked in. If you are looking for rings go see Charity she was so helpful!

It was nice to go into a store

It was nice to go into a store that had such a wide variety of bridal products. They had entire cases devoted to semi mounts. And they carried very large stones in store. I didn't have to wait to order a 5 ct in. If you need large stones marc samuels is the way to go.
